About the Role
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the Indian market.
Identify and prioritize target segments and potential customers.
Create and manage sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviours.
Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. • Use insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing campaigns.
Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders..
Track and report on sales performance, including sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably with experience in the Indian market.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
