We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our product configuration, functionality, and application initiatives for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively market and position our products to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

About the Role

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, functions, and applications. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to ensure products meet market requirements and customer needs. 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Indian market. 

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Develop and implement a product strategy tailored to the Indian market. 

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business impact. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns. 

  • Plan and oversee product launch activities, including events, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to promote product adoption and success.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and market performance.

  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.

  • Continuously iterate on product strategy based on market feedback and performance insights.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on the Indian market.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, market research, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of the Indian market, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
