We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our product configuration, functionality, and application initiatives for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. About the Role
Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including their features, functions, and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales) to ensure products meet market requirements and customer needs.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Indian market.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement a product strategy tailored to the Indian market.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business impact. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and oversee product launch activities, including events, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to promote product adoption and success.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and market performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on the Indian market.
Strong understanding of product management principles, market research, and go-to-market strategy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Indian market, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
